These Terms govern your use of the Tokyo Local Food website (operated by 株式会社ミレア / MIREA Inc.) and participation in our events. By registering, you agree to these Terms.

本規約は、Tokyo Local Food（運営：株式会社ミレア / MIREA Inc.）のウェブサイトの利用およびイベントへの参加に適用されます。会員登録をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

• Guests under 20 years old may not consume alcohol under Japanese law.
• By registering, you confirm your information is accurate and complete.

• 日本の法律により、20歳未満の方は飲酒できません。
• 登録時の情報が正確かつ最新であることを確認するものとします。

By participating, you agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used by Tokyo Local Food on its website, social media, and promotional materials. This consent is a condition of participation.

参加により、イベント中に撮影された写真・動画が Tokyo Local Food のウェブサイト・SNS・宣伝物に使用されることに同意するものとします。これは参加の条件です。

Harassment, discrimination, illegal acts, or any behavior that disrupts the event or makes other participants uncomfortable is prohibited. If such conduct occurs, we reserve the right to remove you from the event and to suspend or terminate your account, without refund.

ハラスメント、差別、違法行為、またはイベントを妨害し他の参加者を不快にさせる行為を禁止します。これらの行為があった場合、当社はイベントからの退出を求め、またアカウントの停止・削除を行う権利を留保します（返金はいたしません）。

Tokyo Local Food is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where required by applicable law.

Tokyo Local Food は、参加に起因する人身傷害・損失・損害について、法令で義務づけられる場合を除き責任を負いません。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

本規約は日本法に準拠します。
