参加者都合のキャンセル

Cancellation by Participant

マイページの「参加予定イベント → キャンセル」からご自身でキャンセルできます。返金対象の場合は自動でStripeにより返金されます。お困りの場合は contact@mirea.co.jp までご連絡ください。

You can cancel yourself from My Page → your events → Cancel; eligible refunds are processed automatically via Stripe. For help, email contact@mirea.co.jp.

💳 Stripeによる返金は、反映まで5〜10営業日かかる場合があります。 / Refunds via Stripe may take 5–10 business days to appear.

飲食代について

Food & Drinks

飲食代は、イベントページに特別な記載がない限り、当日お店で各自お支払いです。事前徴収していないため、通常、飲食代の返金は発生しません。

Food and drinks are paid separately at the restaurant unless otherwise stated on the event page. Since food and drinks are usually not prepaid, there is generally no food or drink refund involved.

ただし、直前のキャンセルや無断キャンセルにより、飲食店側でキャンセル料・コース代などの実費が発生した場合は、その実費のご負担をお願いすることがあります。

However, if a restaurant requires a cancellation fee, course charge, or other actual cost due to a late cancellation or no-show, we may ask the participant to cover the actual cost.

主催者都合の中止

Cancellation by Organizer

主催者側の都合でイベントを中止する場合は、全額返金します。

If we cancel an event, a full refund will be issued.
