2. Information We Collect / 取得する情報
- Account & profile: name/nickname, email, nationality, age range, language levels, photo, bio / アカウント・プロフィール情報
- Phone number (for SMS verification) / 電話番号（SMS認証）
- Allergies and dietary/religious restrictions (special-category data) / アレルギー・食事制限・宗教上の制限（要配慮個人情報）
- Booking, payment status, cancellation and refund records (card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store them) / 予約・決済状況・キャンセル・返金の記録（カード情報はStripeが処理し、当社は保持しません）
- Consent records (terms/privacy/photo use, with version & timestamp) / 同意の記録
- Community content you post (posts, comments, chat) / 投稿・コメント・チャット
- Usage/analytics data and a pseudonymous identifier (see Cookies) / 利用状況・解析データと仮名ID
3. How We Use Your Information / 利用目的
- To register members, confirm bookings, process payments, cancellations and refunds / 会員登録・予約確定・決済・キャンセル・返金
- To send event-related emails (confirmations, reminders) / イベント関連メールの送付
- To accommodate allergies and dietary needs at events (allergy data is used only for this purpose and is visible only to you and our staff) / 当日の食事配慮（本人と運営のみ閲覧）

4. Special-Category Data (Allergies) / 要配慮個人情報
Allergy and dietary/religious information is sensitive. We collect it only with your consent at the time of booking, use it solely to accommodate you at events, store it separately with restricted access (you and our staff only), and delete/anonymize it when it is no longer needed. / アレルギー等は本人の同意のもとで取得し、当日の配慮にのみ使用、アクセスを限定して別管理し、不要になった時点で削除・匿名化します。
5. Cookies & Analytics / Cookie・解析
We use analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and a pseudonymous identifier to understand site usage and improve the service. These run only after you accept via the consent banner; you can decline, and you can change your choice by clearing cookies. / 解析Cookie（Google Analytics 4 等）と仮名IDを、同意バナーで同意いただいた場合にのみ使用します。拒否も可能で、Cookie削除で選択を変更できます。

- Supabase — authentication, database, storage / 認証・DB・保管
- Resend — transactional email / メール配信
- Google Analytics — usage analytics (with consent) / 利用解析（同意時）
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI translation of chat messages / チャットのAI翻訳
- OpenAI — speech-to-text (Whisper) in the AI translation room / 翻訳ルームの音声文字起こし（Whisper）
- Twilio — SMS verification / SMS認証
上記の外部サービスには、米国など日本国外にサーバーを置くものが含まれます。当社は、適切な安全管理措置を講じている委託先を選定しています。 / Some of these services store data on servers outside Japan (e.g., the United States). We select providers that maintain appropriate security measures.
7. Security / 安全管理措置
当社は、取得した個人情報の漏洩・滅失の防止その他の安全管理のために、アクセス制限や暗号化など必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。 / We implement necessary and appropriate security measures (such as access controls and encryption) to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
8. Data Retention & Account Deletion / 保持期間と退会
When you withdraw, your public information (name/nickname, photo, bio, profile) is deleted or anonymized and you can no longer log in. For legal and accounting reasons, transaction records (bookings, payments, refunds, cancellations), consent records, and report/moderation records are retained for a necessary period in a de-identified form. / 退会時は公開情報（氏名・写真・自己紹介・プロフィール）を削除・匿名化し、ログイン不可とします。法令・会計上の理由により、取引・同意・通報の記録は識別性を除いた形で必要な期間保持します。
